Stumbled on to this blog post and thought it had really nice imagery in how it addressed constructive and destructive thought processes - Bear vs. Butterfly. Also dovetails nicely into Fixed vs. Growth mindset.

Positive Psychologists have a term for this “Bear Lens On The World.” They call it “Permanent and Pervasive Thinking.”
